Jessica is the CEO and founder of uplevelwithjess.com - Life & Business Coach to creatives, podcast host and TV actress. She is passionately changing the way people view the world and inspiring ambitious, career driven women to take back control of their lives, up-level their mindset and step into their Celebrity Energy. Jessica has scaled her business to over 6-figures in under a year, whilst appearing in a new Amazon Prime TV series, running a successful podcast, travelling the world and falling head over heels back in love with herself. She's now teaching other amazing women how to do the same.

My story

Three years ago my bank account was practically empty, I was struggling as an out of work actor, burning myself out as a part time care assistant, navigating a toxic relationship and feeling truly lost and alone. My life wasn’t awful, it just felt like a consistent uphill struggle. Comparing myself, getting frustrated, feeling unworthy and all the while knowing I wanted MORE from my life. Then, in January 2020 my ex-boyfriend walked away from our 5 year relationship for good - it truly broke me.

It was after this that I dived into my spiritual journey. I hired my own mentors, I did the inner work, I learned how to fully trust myself (and my business) and I quickly began to see results. I taught myself the importance of investing in me; I took the time to understand the energetics of money, self-belief, fame and success. And I never gave up. The thing is, your self-worth and your success are closely linked - I realised if I really wanted my life to change, it had to start from within.

So I did the inner work and became an expert in healing, business and celebrity energy.

I went from out of work actress with no self-worth, to 6-figure business owner, top ranking podcast host and TV actress. But most importantly I fell back in love with myself. And I did this in less than a year. It wasn’t easy, but it was possible. And if I can do it, so can you.

So now I teach other creative people what I’ve learnt. I want artists, influencers and entrepreneurs to live a life they feel truly proud of. To heal from the inside out, to put themselves and their dreams first, and to know that they are absolutely worthy of having it all. I’ve helped hundreds of actors, entrepreneurs and amazing women all over the world do this in the last 4 years.
